It's All About Me:
I have thirteen years competitive running in the UK and New Zealand. My running focus has always been off-road, initially in cross country events where I was selected to run for Berkshire in the UK National championships, I have also represented Canterbury in the XC National champs. Since moving to New Zealand in 2002, I have become involved in mountain running and multisport. I am a member of Sumner Running and Multisport Club, Arawa Canoe Club and WWCC (White Water Canoe Club).
Living in Christchurch has given me heaps of opportunities to experience many of the local running and multisport events. Most of my training is carried out in the Port Hills, Arthurs Pass and Hanmer Springs.
