Tuesday Night Training Sessions



Karens Tuesday night running group

These training sessions are structured to help you improve your running fitness and speed. I will be there rain or shine, so put on your hat and gloves and come along to train. Commitment gets results!! If you are unsure come along and try out a session. I guarantee that you will soon reap the benefits with improvements in your fitness and race times. Sessions are suitable for Recreational and Competitive Runners.


When: Every Tuesday 6-7pm

Where: Meet at Hansen Park Car park (St Martins): map

What to bring: Watch, water bottle, run gear, run shoes and your happy enthusiastic running legs! Dress for the conditions. In winter also bring a head torch, post exercise change of clothes and wear reflective clothing.

Concessions available for 10 sessions!!
